Munirah Mohammad is Malaysia's top woman property agent, Co-Founder and Group Managing Director of HOMEFIELD Real Estate Sdn Bhd – the leading real estate agency dedicated to helping Malaysians navigate their journey of buying, selling, renting, financing, and developing properties.
She began her career in 1989, marking over three decades of industry excellence. Munirah founded HOMEFIELD in 1995, starting from a humble setup in Subang Jaya before expanding operations to Shah Alam in 2000. Under her visionary leadership, HOMEFIELD has collaborated with leading local and international developers including Tesco, Shell, Sime Darby, Sunsuria Berhad, Datumcorp International, NAZA TTDL, OSK, Hup Seng, SkyWorld, SCP Group, and GuocoLand.
With an articulate understanding of client expectations and a clear focus on results, Munirah has consistently delivered beyond expectations. She is known for building and driving high-performance teams, often helping individuals surpass their own perceived limitations.

Her achievements include being conferred the Real Estate Agent of the Year 2022 at the National Real Estate Awards, an honour bestowed upon exemplary, practicing estate agents recognized by industry peers. In 2018, under her leadership, Homefield Real Estate was named Best Real Estate Agency by the International Pacific Award. Prior to that, she received the Outstanding Agent (All-Star Personality) award from StarProperty in 2017 and the Million Dollar Producer Award in 2016.
